MA Group Philosophy: How does it work?

When it comes to solving problems and finding the root cause of issues, the approach taken at the MA Group starts the same every time. Asking the questions “how does it work” and “how should it work” should always be the first step taken towards exploring material problems. Asking these questions reveals possible causes of the issues, and helps decide what the appropriate testing plan should be.

When there are material issues, there is always evidence left behind by the process that is occurring to cause the issues. If you know “how does it work” and “how should it work,” then it will be obvious where to first look for the evidence that tells the story.

After determining possible causes of the material problem, the most likely cause is explored first. This may or may not solve the problem, but it often leads the investigation in the direction of solving the problem.

This approach helps solve some of the more difficult material problems.
